Shipping is free to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Read our shipping policy for destination information and how to request a delivery estimate.

Returns and warranty

Your purchase includes a 90-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy for the return process. The detector has a ten-year limited warranty for qualifying manufacturing defects. Contact support for warranty assistance.

Using your detector and app

Install, test and maintain the detector according to its supplied instructions and applicable local requirements. Phone alerts require the app, connectivity and the necessary notification and alert permissions. The local audible alarm operates independently of the app. If you suspect carbon monoxide, move everyone to fresh air immediately and contact local emergency services.
